Ways to Work with Me
1:1 Individual Sessions
I offer one-on-one somatic experiencing sessions to help you reconnect with the feelings, emotions, and experiences stored in your body. Using breathwork and mindful guidance, we’ll work together to gently release stuck patterns and support nervous system regulation. This is a space for deep listening, healing, and finding greater balance from within.
Couples Relationship Sessions
Are you stuck with one another? Blaming? Not feeling heard? After 40 years of marriage, I have a toolbox of knowledge that can help you and your partner work together and possibly have a future with one another.
